Accommodation and Meals AT Kardinal König Haus
The coffee break refreshments (Friday to Sunday) as well as the lunch (Saturday) at Kardinal König Haus are already included in the conference fee.
If you wish to book a room at Kardinal König Haus, please do so via the room reservation section in the registration form. We will forward your reservation to Kardinal König Haus. As Kardinal König Haus only offers a limited number of rooms, we added a list with hotels nearby the venue.
Prices:
- Single room with breakfast: € 97.70 per night
- Double room with breakfast: € 76.20 per person and night
Additional Options:
Lunch, consisting of a 3 course menü (with 2 main dishes to choose from, at least one vegetarian option): The lunch meal on Saturday is already included in the congress fee. On Sunday, the Imago Days close at ~2 pm. Due to organisational reasons, Kardinal König Haus cannot offer lunch at this late time. If you stay longer or already arrive on Thursday, you can book an additional lunch (e.g. on Friday or Monday). Cost per person and day: € 17.80.
Dinner, consisting of a 2 course menu (cold cuts, salad and dessert): € 14.00 per person and day
Further information:
All rooms are simple and functionally furnished with bed, shower, toilet and a desk. All rooms have WLAN but no TV.
Check in: from 2 pm to 7 pm on arrival day, Check out: until 9 am on day of departure
Children up to six years are free of charge, until the age of 14: 50% discount (in room of parents)

Cancellation Conditions Kardinal König Haus
a) In case of a cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 0% of the agreed amount.
b) In case of a cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed amount.
c) In case of a cancellation from 2 days before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 100% of the agreed amount.
