Accommodation and Meals AT Kardinal König Haus

The coffee break refreshments (Friday to Sunday) as well as the lunch (Saturday) at Kardinal König Haus are already included in the conference fee.

If you arrive before Friday, May 2nd and/or wish to stay longer than Sunday, May 4th  please ask the reception whether a longer stay is possible.  

Prices:

• Single room with breakfast: € 97.70 per night
• Double room with breakfast: € 76.20 per person and night

Further information: 

All rooms are simple and functionally furnished with bed, shower, toilet and a desk. All rooms have WLAN but no TV. 

Check in: from 2 pm to 7 pm on arrival day, Check out: until 9 am on day of departure

Children up to six years are free of charge, until the age of 14: 50% discount (in room of parents)

Kardinal König Haus is barrier-free accessible. 

Cancellation Conditions Kardinal König Haus

a) In case of a cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 0% of the agreed amount.

b) In case of a cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed amount.

c) In case of a cancellation from 2 days before the arrival day, the cancellation fee is 100% of the agreed amount.
